I want to kick a large stone
So that when it flies away from me
It takes my troubles too.

I want to stand in the rain
So that when it drips off me
It takes my problems with it.

I want to scream and scream
So that when I do
Someone will hear me.

I want to plug my ears
So that when They talk to me
I won't hear their lies.

I want to squeeze my eyes shut
So that when I open them
I'll finally see clearly.

I want to sleep forever
So that when I wake
I'll wake in a better place...
